Operations Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

• Researches and resolves issues
• Provide service to internal customers for all aspects of payment processing
• Process transactions and maintain records within established standards
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of business process
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance or financial services industries
• Post-secondary school or equivalent work experience
• Medallia knowledge or similar survey capture systems is an asset
• Experience with navigating Power BI
• Knowledge of the Net Promoter System, an asset

• Strong organizational skills required with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical skills required
• Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
