💼 What You'll Be Doing

Support the Agency Manager in day-to-day communication and coordination with Kumu’s agency partners
Assist in resolving issues raised by agencies and follow through to ensure timely solutions
Monitor agency performance and help keep engagement strong
Help onboard new agencies, organize training, and maintain up-to-date documentation
Gather feedback from agency partners to help us improve Kumu’s internal processes
Collaborate with teams like Content, Finance, and support to keep agencies thriving

✅ Who We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree holder (or equivalent experience)
Strong communicator — both in writing and when chatting with people
Detail-oriented and a natural problem solver
Familiar with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Fluent in English (Tagalog fluency a bonus!)
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
