Location: This is Hybrid  opportunity. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

The Operations Associate is responsible for providing outstanding support to the assigned Vendor Alliance Manager managing and developing the relationship between Insight and its strategic partners. The Partner Coordinator will be executing the partner management process and help implement marketing plans that impact various go-to-market initiatives to achieve growth and profitability objectives. This position will require the ability to understand and fulfill partner incentive and marketing programs to sales and marketing teammates.

The Operations Associate will also provide pre-sales support in the context of answering inquiries from sales, providing product recommendations and information, support in pipeline management by working on deal registrations and renewals.

As Operations Associate you will get to:.

• Support the planning, organisation, and successful execution of various administrative activities for the Client Success team as and when required.
• To proactively assist the Client Success team with ticket management operational activities
• Plan the delivery of assigned tickets by assigning clear timeframes, responsibilities and deliverables, track and measure ticket progress and highlight any concerns that may impact successful delivery against the ticket checklist
• Ensure all new clients are onboarded into our systems to a high standard and on a timely manner
• Prepare and send Welcome packs
• Provide order status updates to Sales & CSMs as required
• To work collaboratively with cross-functional teammates, clearly communicating tasks and responsibilities and setting expectations on deadlines and outcomes.
• Keep Sales informed of any issues and final resolution of the issue

We are looking for Operations Associate with:

•        Bachelor's degree is preferred

•        1-2 years of relevant experience in Operations

•        Strong attention to details, organization, prioritization, time management and communication skills
