Frontline Support Associate is instrumental in providing an outstanding customer experience to our customers. This accomplished through performing operational duties through process and policy knowledge. The ideal candidate must be able to assist our frontline teams through extending full support by giving a timely feedback, speed processing and accurate computation related to client's request.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process the assigned daily work list within the given cycle time in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Responsible in updating the statuses of accounts in the system and submission of daily report updates to keep the Supervisor on track of the working being assigned.
3. Assist Frontlines in their day to day transactions with clients' request by providing a fast and accurate computation.
4. Reviews and analyses request
5. Resolved and responds to clients' request or issues with regard to adjustment of buyer's payment
6. Performs other task that may be given from time to time to support the department.
