Responsible for Client performance reporting and incident reporting in coordination with myEntrego (Retail) Leads.
- Accurate resource planning based on volume of packages received
- Eliminate losses, damages that result in Claims filing
- Monitor and ‘Close’ any open order that are beyond the agreed SLA
- Acceptance and Sorting of packages from Amicassa across all 3PL,
- Endorsement of packages to other 3PL
- Preparation / Waybill Generated / Letter Shopping
- Resolve or escalate Exemptions within 24H
- Monitoring of all documents endorse to Mailroom and CLOSE Incident Reports in 72H
- Submit Client related reports at 95%
- Practice strict coordination to achieve OTD SLA
- Consolidate Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Received and Process of Billings
- Collaborate with the LM team
- Address and resolve issues of non-compliance
- Health and Safety protocols and projects
- Polite, clear, concise, and updated feedback to internal and external customers
- Act as group Team Leader from time to time
