Job Description - Operations Associate - Registration Customer Service Support

FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND INC.

JOB SUMMARY:

Registration Associate supports the Registration Team Lead by performing: 1) accurate preparation of compliance necessary to process and clearing of MC/CA liquidations to replenish the funds on time purposes of title transfer and 2) reviews of billings for payment to service providers on time.

The specialist expects it to send a daily productivity report to his/her team leader regularly giving feedback about the process, issues, and concerns in relation to liquidation prior title transfer.

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course
  2. Has at least 1 year's experience in any documentation related work. Registration work related is an advantage.
  3. Excellent attention to details.
  4. Person with integrity
  5. Willingness to learn
  6. Able to work with minimum supervision
  7. Ability to work under pressure
  8. Has high sense of responsibility
  9. Willing to commute/relocate at Alabang, Muntinlupa City.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepares the documents/folders (based on the approved checklist of documentary requirements), ensures the accuracy of dockets, endorses dockets for Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessor's Office filing and liaises with representative of service provider, monitor the release of Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration.
  2. Qualifies accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
  3. Qualifies accounts for Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
  4. Qualifies accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
  5. Performs other administrative/clerical tasks being assigned by Team Lead from time to time.
  6. Sends daily productivity report to team lead every end of the day.
  7. Works closely with Registration Team Lead to ensure the Departments target are met, learn new processes/policies, and technology/system.
