The Role: Operations Executive (Remote) Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare market research? We're seeking an Operations Executive to join our Philippines-based team, supporting the execution of groundbreaking projects for clients across the United States and Europe.

Responsibilities:

Manage diaries for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring seamless coordination.
Assist in the development and execution of administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, and project documents.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Operations Executive to ensure project tasks are efficiently completed.
Utilise project management software to track and streamline project workflows.

Experience Required:

Experience working in an administrative position.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical market research projects.
