Job Description - Operations Executive with ISO Experience for SG Client (Remote-Hybrid)

Requirements

MySigrid is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Full-time Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO documentation and will be responsible for managing and documenting ISO processes. This role will also involve assisting with various administrative and procurement tasks. As a remote position, the candidate must be based in Manila and be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. ISO Documentation

  • Conduct and manage documentation for ISO processes
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and guidelines
  • Maintain and update ISO records and manuals
  • Assist in ISO audits and implementation of corrective actions

2. Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the operations team
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

3. Procurement Assistance

  • Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing of goods and services
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure timely processing of orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery

Requirements

As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • At least 3 years of administrative and procurement role experience
  • Proven experience in ISO documentation and compliance
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Working Hours: Full-time 8 hours, following standard business hours preferred by the client
  • Preference to applicants with available NBI and Fit to Work clearances.

Co-Working days

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets twice a month at a minimum.
