Operations Head

Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service delivery
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience
3. Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous operational excellence
4. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations
5. Lead and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their goals
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives, projects, and process improvements

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail operations management role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and performance
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
4. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
5. Familiarity with retail industry best practices, including inventory management, customer service, and process optimization
6. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
