Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time

About the Role:

The Operations Manager will report directly to the CEO and will play a vital role in streamlining day-to-day operations and propelling growth. They will oversee a talented remote team, manage client interactions, and implement innovative processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize all aspects of company operations, fostering efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee a remote team of account managers and copywriters, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
• Ensure the quality of LinkedIn engagement services for entrepreneurs, including approving posts and comments.
• Develop and implement SOPs, templates, and tools to streamline operations as the business scales.
• Create a robust reporting framework, build dashboards and analytics to monitor team and client performance.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, handling tight deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with account managers and copywriters to ensure seamless project execution.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Report directly to the CEO and serve as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media, particularly with LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of successfully optimizing processes and driving efficiency.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a remote team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear and concise delivery.
• Experience with project management methodologies and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace. Familiarity with LinkedIn is a must.
• A passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape are highly desirable.
