The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role plays a critical part in strategic planning and execution, helping align operations with overall business goals.
Supervise daily operations and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support change management initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and operational management software (e.g., ERP systems).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
