Operations Manager

Overview of the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for guiding the development and execution of objectives within a designated client segment to foster the company’s growth. Their duties encompass executing business strategies, assessing the performance of the department, and overseeing operations and team members to guarantee efficient service delivery to clients.

The role will formulate and implement plans aimed at achieving the company’s objectives while effectively allocating resources. In their leadership role, they provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and represent the company at events and industry gatherings.

Main duties include:

1. Design and execution of segment growth strategy
2. Account management for all clients, including proactive sharing of best practice, deep understanding of client strategies and ensuring VBP is meeting client needs and growing in partnership with the client
3. Resource planning for the segment, to meet current and planned needs. Working through the HR Business consultant on recruitment, skills planning and the onboarding of Team Members
4. Designing and implementing plans and strategies that promote the attainment of segment goals.
5. Leads the business relationship and expectation management for the segment

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably within the client services or BPO sector
• Proactively collaborates with the Senior Leadership Team to execute the VBP strategy and takes responsibility for implementing company initiatives that require business acumen
• Possesses sound judgment and decision-making abilities with a focus on operational excellence
• A problem solver with a collaborative mindset and proven business acumen
