Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Operations Manager will oversee and align core business functions, including sales performance, project execution, manpower planning, and support operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in balancing sales pipelines, technical resource allocation, and growth-driven hiring strategies to support our nationwide operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee Core Business Functions: Lead and align the efforts of Sales & Marketing, HR (rank & file hiring), Field Operations, and Support teams.
• Demand-Supply Balancing: Analyze and manage the balance between incoming project sales and available technical resources.
• Field Technician Planning: Ensure technical staffing matches installation demands by proactively coordinating with HR and project teams.
• Sales Operations Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to gauge performance and ensure a consistent flow of B2B and B2C sales to sustain operations.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deployment schedules, and client satisfaction across nationwide installation sites.
• Recruitment Forecasting: Collaborate with HR to increase headcount based on operational and project-based needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report performance metrics for all departments under your leadership.
• System Utilization: Leverage Odoo ERP to track operations, resource planning, inventory, and workforce utilization.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel across the Philippines for site visits, client coordination, and project implementation.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in Operations Management and Project Management
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Excellent people management and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with a very confident personality
• Familiarity with or experience using Odoo ERP system is advantageous
• No sales background required, but must understand sales-to-operations alignment
