Operations Manager

About the Position

Reporting directly to President and Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Manager will be responsible in leading the manufacturing operations of the company, with focus on the production, supply and inventory, as well as fulfillment and logistics. The role holder is tasked to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, coach the team, and implement continuous improvement programs. The role requires monitoring of compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the employees under operations and oversees the progress of each task.
• Develop and implement processes and practices approved by the Management to further improve the quality if the products and services
• Participate during meetings to report and share ideas, concerns, and improvements
• Prepare the Job Order of each project and analyze data output
• Coordinate with Admin and Finance, as well as Supply and Inventory for the material requirements
• Coordinate with Fulfillment and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Manage employees and address performance gaps
• Monitor and train employees to meet individual and organizational goals
• Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• With at least three (3) years relevant supervisory experience in the printing, packaging, and/or manufacturing sector
• Able to lead and motivate work teams to ensure peak performance
• Experience in implementing Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing concepts is an advantage
• Safety Officer 2 (SO2) level preferable
