We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Booking Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing bookings through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with guests and ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize short-term rental bookings across multiple platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a high level of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and housekeeping services to maintain quality standards.
• Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to develop strategies for increasing revenue.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and reporting related to bookings, guest interactions, and property performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences.
• Implement best practices in hospitality management and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
• Strong familiarity with online booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and service providers.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
