Willingness to work in US Shift.Experience:10+ Years of healthcare experience in RCM.Job Description:Delivery of work as per SOWs, maintain client confidence, expand team in terms of,improvement in process standards and associate efficiency.Job Responsibilities Improve Accounts/Teams Performance Developing the team to execute business operations and cater to projected growth efficiently Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes; Conduct performance appraisals for the TLs, QAs and Associates Planning and managing the unit's operations and ensuring its success as a profit center Training the team and developing operating processes & systems to deliver outstanding client services Innovate to optimize production and constantly improve Production, Quality, and Turnaround Time Analyzing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity Developing the organization & policies to motivate & retain the workforce, manage the funds flow, and general administration. Responsible for attendance across client teams, Development and maintenance of SOP, and other documentation to ensure uniformity across teams and processes Transition Management Submits periodic reports to the superiors on the performance and the growth plans available with the client Contribute towards minimizing attrition & absenteeism
