Job Description - Operations Manager (Mortgage AU Client - Hybrid)

The Operations Manager will will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow management and high-quality service delivery. This role combines the responsibilities of managing operational aspects of the business with those of supporting loan processes, making it essential to have a strong background in both operations management and the Australian mortgage industry. Experience with Apply Online and / or Infynity CRMs is required.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow across all projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Generate regular reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence, to support smooth office operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices and adherence to financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Loan Support Officer Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive support throughout the loan application and approval process.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for loan applications.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan applications and related documents.
  • Utilize Apply Online and Infynity CRMs to manage loan applications and client information effectively.
  • Communicate with lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate loan processing and approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry, including regulatory changes and market trends.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry, including loan processing and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Apply Online and Infynity CRMs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
