Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive operations strategies, including brand promotion, marketing, and user engagement.
Responsible for developing and managing online and offline operations, including but not limited to event planning, execution, and tracking.
Analyze market and user data, provide operational suggestions and improvement plans to optimize operational results.
Manage social media platforms and content, interact with fans and users, increase brand exposure and user engagement.
Coordinate cross-departmental teamwork to ensure that operations activities are coordinated with other business activities such as product development and marketing promotion.
Supervise and evaluate the execution results of operations activities, and adjust strategies and plans based on the results.

Minimum Qualifications

Have strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and project management skills.
Familiar with the development trends of the Internet and mobile Internet industries, and have a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Have strong data analysis ability and business insight, and be able to make operational optimization suggestions through data analysis.
Candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred, and those who are familiar with operational tools and platforms are preferred.
Have innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, and be able to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
