Role:
Operation & Sales Associate
Work schedule:  Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM UK
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary Range:  up to 1,700 USD per month

About the Role:

Due to massive growth, they seek a highly motivated Sales/Operations Associate to join their team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives by identifying and connecting with qualified leads.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Scope: (60% Operations, 40% Sales) 

  • Outbound Prospecting:
    • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
    • Personalize engagement strategies.
  • Track all interactions.
    • Data-Driven Targeting:
    • Use Clay.com to refine targeting strategies.
    • Tailor outreach based on data insights.
  • Client Data Management:
    • Maintain and update client database.
    • Ensure accurate and seamless communication.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Help generate and analyze performance reports.
    • Provide actionable insights.
  • Workflow Optimization:
    • Refine processes for efficiency.
    • Resolve bottlenecks and share best practices.

Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:

  • Understand culture and workflows of the company
  • Take ownership of bookkeeping functions
  • Organize files on Google Drive
  • Begin building up systems and processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills:
    • Excellent both written and verbal communication.
    • Outreach Experience: Experience managing outreach campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis and task management using tools like Notion and Slack.
    • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, and effective prioritization skills.
    • Curiosity and Learning: Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and tools, including AI and database tools.
  • Nice-haves:
    • Experience within the healthcare industry.
    • A proven track record of developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
