Operations Specialist for Fleet Operations

What is your mission? We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team focused on Fleet Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely resolution of quotes across our fleet and consumer accounts. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks: Quotes Resolution Management

• Manage the timely resolution of all quotes, including both same-day and future quotes.
• Coordinate with different team members who specialize in handling fleet and/or consumer quotes.

Handling of Quotes

• Handle quotes originating from various sources, including customers, Fleet account managers, and technicians.

Priority Tasks:

• Monitor and respond promptly to the St-quotes Slack channel.
• Manage and prioritize tasks in the Follow-up queue within client's Admin.
• Address Pending Estimates in YM CRM efficiently.
• Ensure timely finalization of quotes within designated time slots assigned to team members.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in operations management or a related field, preferably within fleet operations or automotive industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, administrative software, and comfortable with technology tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
