Non Negotiable Requirements: 

• At least 1 year experience in managing teams.
• At least 1 year experience in Billing, Medical Claims or RCM.
• Experience managing teams in a BPO setting

Responsibilities:

• Execute specialized projects and activities, typically working according to set principles.
• Generate and initiate their own workload and do not need instructions or guidelines.
• Supervise the work of less experienced professionals, providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end product.
• Positions at this level are expected to significantly improve day-to-day activities and processes.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team. 
• Decisions are of an operational nature within a defined scope. 
• Share of professional responsibilities, focusing on professional excellence. 
• Manage a team of individual contributor co-workers.
