What you'll do:

• Ensure accuracy of all data related to Driver Support
• Develop a process improvement for all Offboarding, KYC, Cashout, Insurance, COA,
• Change Driver Info
• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing drivers.
• Analyzes data to identify trends affecting driver retention.
• Collaborates with other teams for targeted driver engagement programs.

What we seek:

• Someone with keen attention to details, a love for clerical work and a background in insurance

What you'll need:

• 1-2 years of administrative assistance experience
• Must know how to effectively use PIVOT and VLOOKUP functions in Google Sheets
• Background in insurance would be preferrable
• Must be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
