Operations Team Lead

Job Description:

• Ensure monitoring of agent performance, strength and weaknesses in call handling.
• Develop team members to achieve goals.
• Handle escalated customer calls.
• Contribute to the overall effort of the team by improving the overall performance scores of team members.
• Monitor/work on tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or as mandated by the client.
• Adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment at the highest level of quality.
• Solve problems and implement solutions.
• Closely work with other Team Leaders in day-to-day operations.
• Preparation of report as mandated by immediate supervisor and/or the client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• At least 1 year supervisory experience handling inbound/outbound campaigns
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
