Operations Team Lead

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as operations team lead
• Knowledgeable in warehouse and logistics
• Must know how to drive four wheels (automatic/manual)
• Computer literate
• Can start immediately
• Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa

Responsibilities:

• Main responsible in overseeing the day to day operations and ensure that the site is working according to set company standards and in achieving company set targets on time.
• Handle tasks in monitoring staff performance and key results areas (i.e. salesmen sales performance, warehouse inventory and others)
• Manage site's operational budgets, resources and conduct daily inspection routines
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability
• Provide training, coaching, conduct performance evaluations to improve employees' skills and productivity
• Hiring and recruitment of site's approved manning headcount
• Preparation and ensure compliance to government reportorial requirements (i.e. business permits, etc.)
• Preparation of sites business reports and regular presentation to the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
