Job Description: As a Collections Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our collections team by providing comprehensive training and development programs. You will work closely with new hires and existing staff to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage collections processes and achieve performance targets. Responsibilities:lDevelop and deliver training programs for collections agents, focusing on industry best practices, compliance requirements, and company policies and procedures.lConduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including orientation to company systems, tools, and processes.lProvide ongoing coaching and support to collections agents to enhance their performance and productivity.lCollaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.lEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.lStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.lAssist in the development of training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.]Qualifications:lBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.lPrevious experience in collections or lending operations, preferably in an online lending environment.lProven track record in training and development, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.lExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.lAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.lProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).lKnowledge of collections software and tools is a plus.
