The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and multi-talented Ops and Marketing Manager to be the backbone of our vibrant and growing team. This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations to actively contributing to our agency's marketing efforts, supporting our talent acquisition, and fostering a positive and engaged team culture. You will be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and team cohesion. You need to be an all rounder, happy getting stuck in to challenges and creating effective solutions.

We're looking for someone with:



  • Proven experience in managing operations and administrative tasks, ideally within a dynamic agency setting.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.

  • A genuine enjoyment of meeting and speaking with others. You will be candidates first point of contact with Bud so setting a great first impression is key.

  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and task management.

  • Experience with copywriting, social media content, basic design and newsletter creation.

  • Familiarity with the recruitment process and candidate management is desirable.

  • A genuine interest in fostering a positive and engaged team culture.

  • Proficiency in standard office software (Canva, Google Workspace, Slack etc.).



Responsibilities and Skills:



  • Office Management: You will oversee many aspects of company operations ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This includes managing supplies, vendor relationships, and office maintenance.

  • Agency Marketing Support: You will contribute to the agency's marketing efforts by planning, writing, and distributing engaging newsletters, assisting with social media content creation, and researching and preparing award submissions.

  • Talent Outreach & Candidate Management: You will proactively identify and reach out to potential talent, manage candidate communication, and assist with the initial stages of the recruitment process.

  • HR & Team Support: You will support HR-related tasks, organise team birthdays and occasions, plan team events, and ensure timely reminders for internal processes like 15Five check-ins.

  • Effective Organisation and Project Management Skills: You will manage multiple administrative and support tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest standard.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You will be a collaborative and communicative team player, able to build strong working relationships within the agency and with external partners.

  • Brilliant Time Management: You will need to manage your time effectively to meet various responsibilities and contribute to a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: You will identify and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth office operations and team support.

  • Attention to Detail: You will ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative and support tasks.
