Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nYou take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.\n\n * For SRE: \n\n * Equipment Set-up and Conversion\n\n * Machine Optimization and minor repairs supporting attainment of Maintenance KPI (OEE, MTBI, Cost)\n\n * Special projects that will contribute to the assigned area\n\n * FTE (Skilled WB tech)\n\n * Above listed role similar to SRE\n\n * Major repair of WB machines (XY table, calibrations, etc)\n\n * Machine qualifications\n\n * Machine improvement / modifications / electronic board repairs\n\n * Software know-how such as PLC, Power BI a plus factor\n\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * BS EE/ME/ECE graduate\n\n * For SRE: Completed OJT course (preferably in CLB but not limited to)\n\n * Extensive knowledge of machine operation / set-up\n\n * English business proficiency\n\n * Know-how of Microsoft software tools, Basic Quality tools\n\n * Knowledge of PowerBi and Maintenance language (MTBI / OEE) \n\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
