Job Title: Oracle Delivery Leader - Director

Location: Makati (Hybrid 3x onsite per week)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's or Oracle certifications preferred).
• At least 20 years of overall experience, including at least 15 years in Oracle technologies and solutions.
• Proven success managing large-scale Oracle delivery teams in offshore/global delivery environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products, with mastery of the majority, including but not limited to: Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle EPM. Expertise in Oracle Fusion is a must-have.
• Experience overseeing large, complex Oracle projects with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven background in consulting and/or advisory services, with experience delivering Oracle transformation programs across industries.
• Deep understanding of business processes and industry-specific applications of Oracle solutions.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide Delivery Oversight across the company's Delivery centers for the Oracle Practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of Oracle experts, including developers, consultants, analysts, and support staff.
• Build a strong team environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Member Firms regarding offshore delivery operations.
• Ensure clear communication and strong relationships with Member Firms, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with delivery strategies and outcomes.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize delivery processes and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation, utilization, and management within the center.
