Job Description - Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Asst. Manager

About the job: Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Assistant Manager (Makati) | Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, and translate them into EPM solutions.
  • Develop functional design documents and provide oversight for configurations.
  • Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM modules, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate efforts between functional and technical resources.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
  • Collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions, including effort estimation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their ongoing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
  • At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Proven experience in business development and presales activities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
