About the Job:

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Senior Associate to join our client's Finance Technology team and support the delivery of Oracle Finance transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement and optimize Oracle Finance solutions, improve financial processes, and support reporting, planning, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with project teams, analyze complex business challenges, and contribute to the successful delivery of finance technology solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Finance and ERP solutions.
  • Analyze financial data and business requirements to support finance transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in improving financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency through Oracle technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management activities.
  • Utilize Oracle Financials and related tools to streamline finance operations and reporting processes.
  • Assist in financial system administration, testing, and user support activities.
  • Monitor financial trends and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Acquire-to-Retire (A2R), and other core finance business processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Finance, ERP consulting, finance systems, or related areas.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, or related Oracle Finance applications.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations.
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience supporting finance transformation or ERP implementation projects is preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification or related Oracle ERP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
