About the Job:

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Manager to join our client's Finance Technology team and lead the delivery of Oracle Finance transformation projects. In this role, you will manage client engagements, oversee Oracle Finance solution implementations, and help organizations optimize their financial processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, guide project teams, and drive initiatives that improve financial reporting, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Finance transformation and ERP implementation projects from planning through execution.
  • Manage client engagements and ensure successful delivery of finance technology solutions.
  • Guide teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Financials and related Oracle Finance applications.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvement and automation.
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop scalable finance solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Analyze financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote the adoption of leading practices, emerging technologies, and innovative finance solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Finance, ERP consulting, finance transformation, or related areas.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, and related Oracle Finance solutions.
  • Experience managing Oracle implementation, upgrade, or finance transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management is an advantage.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification or related Oracle ERP Finance certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience leading project teams and delivering client-facing finance technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and process improvement methodologies.
