About the Job:

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Senior Manager to join our client's Finance Technology team and lead the delivery of Oracle Finance transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee Oracle ERP Finance implementations, manage client relationships, and guide teams in delivering innovative finance solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in driving strategic programs, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful project outcomes across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Finance and ERP transformation projects from planning through implementation and support.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on finance technology initiatives.
  • Guide teams in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Financials and related Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
  • Develop strategies to improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze financial and operational trends to provide actionable recommendations and business insights.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Present project updates, financial insights, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Finance, ERP consulting, finance transformation, or related areas.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, and related Oracle Finance solutions.
  • Experience leading large-scale Oracle implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders and client-facing engagements.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification or related Oracle ERP Finance certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
