Oracle Functional Financial Lead Manager (Makati) | Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Legaspi Village, Makati City

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud
• Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements.
• Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes.
• Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred
• At least 11 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules
• At least 6 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud
• Expertise in at least 3 Financial Modules
• Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
