Job Description - Organizational Development Associate

Join Angkas as an Organizational Development Associate and be at the forefront of creating a thriving and engaged workplace!

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the organizational development initiatives that align with our mission to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing sustainable livelihoods for our bikers. You will work closely with various teams to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role is primarily operational and execution-focused, working closely with HR, leaders, and employees to deliver learning, development, and employee relations initiatives aligned with organizational development goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in organizational development programs, including assessments, workshops, training sessions, and employee feedback analysis.
  • Support talent management initiatives such as learning and development programs, onboarding, and tracking employee growth.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including addressing concerns, documentation, and coordinating interventions in partnership with HR.
  • Collaborate with HR and leaders to promote employee engagement, workplace culture, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare communication materials and reports related to OD and talent initiatives.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in organizational development, learning, and employee experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze and present data effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Passion for employee development and organizational growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
