Job Description - Organizational Development Staff

QUALIFICATION:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in Organization Development or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Understands the organizational design principles and change management methodologies.
  • Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools, Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PHRC, ODCP) are a plus.
