Leverage Ortto's marketing automation capabilities to streamline campaign management processes.Workflow Creation: Work closely with the team to develop compelling and targeted marketing SOP that be effective to the target audience. Use Ortto's content management tools to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through personalized marketing initiatives. Leverage Ortto's customer relationship management tools to track customer interactions and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using Ortto's reporting and analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, data analysis, and strategy development.Strong understanding of application such as HubSpot and ortto.comStrong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and customer journey mapping.Experience using Ortto's marketing tools and platforms (or similar marketing automation tools) is highly desirable.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and ROI.
