Position Overview

As a Outbound Sales Representative at OnSpot Global, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth achieving sales goals, fostering client partnerships ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the success of our clients and the company. This position requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and identify qualified leads through various channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. 
  • Understand customer needs and present product/service solutions effectively.
  • Discuss product details or offerings to educate clients about features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales in the telecom industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Knowledgeable in using Ring Central or similar soft phone systems.
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to meet goals
