Job Description
Join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative and be the driving force behind our mission. In this role, you will engage with leads, understand their unique requirements, and present tailored solutions that address their needs. Utilize your effective sales techniques to convert prospects into loyal customers, all while building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.

What do you need to succeed?

Outbound Sales experience preferred.

AU Expats with work visas or Filipinos with excellent AU accent and English communication skills.

Work-from-home setup, including a personal workspace, computer/laptop, headset, and a stable internet connection.

Comfortable making volume outbound calls and following a sales script.

Utilize effective techniques to convert prospects into customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering value-driven solutions.

Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and services.

Clearly and confidently communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

Collaborate with managers and team members to develop and implement strategies that align with company objectives.

Participate in performance feedback meetings and contribute insights to enhance the overall approach.

Meet or exceed assigned targets and quotas within the specified time frame.

Continuously evaluate progress against goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to ensure a steady and organized pipeline.

Utilize market insights to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Effectively close deals by addressing objections and highlighting value propositions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize customer lifetime value
