Package Engineering

• Supporting the end-to-end development and commercialization of packaging components across assigned product categories
• Managing component specifications, bills of materials (BOM), and product data accuracy
• Partnering with suppliers and contract manufacturers to deliver projects on time and to required standards
• Contributing to cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Driving innovation in packaging solutions across product lines
• Supporting sustainability efforts, including environmentally friendly packaging, waste reduction, and resource conservation

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably 5 years of experience in FMCG within Supply Chain or other relevant technical or commercial functions
• Experience in packaging development, product commercialization, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical challenges
• Ability to manage product data details such as specifications, BOMs, and documentation
• Experience working with suppliers, vendors, or contract manufacturers
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and cost optimization
• Awareness or experience in sustainability practices and environmentally friendly design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
