A day in the life of....

• Work closely with Packaging Data Market SPOC and provide accurate and timely support on ongoing key activities


• Packaging Data Management
   - Packaging Recipe and Concept Creation - creation of Packaging Recipe and Concept in the system
   - Packaging Recipe and Concept Approval - performing updates and quality checks on Packaging Recipes and Concepts and sending them for approval


• Facilitating Touchpoints - prepare reports to discuss KPIs, and raise clarifications to Market for alignment and resolution


• Packaging Material Purchasing Specification (PMPS) Sprint - supporting Markets on versioning up current PMPS with the new Optimized Property Tree (OPT) Structure


• Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and its packaging sustainability practices


• Participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvements

Requirements:

•            Bachelor’s degree or business-related field course

•            Proficient in Microsoft Office

•            Experience in working with SAP system a plus

•            Has demonstrated the ability to work with others as a team player

•            Can communicate effectively in English

•            A dynamic individual who is adaptable to change

•            Excellent analytical skills

•            Good interpersonal skills

•            Must be detail-oriented

•            Can work on multiple tasks and is flexible

•            Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

•            Ability to deliver against established objectives and deadlines.

•            Manage work with Priorities.
