Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities.
- Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
- Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools).
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU ).
- Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models.
- Good experience and knowledge of analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc,).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CleverTap or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with web and mobile app user acquisition and retention strategies.
