Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

They're now looking for a Paid Media Specialist/Campaign Manager to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to a New Zealand-based Digital Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of the digital marketing team. Your focus will be on driving performance and delivering high-quality insights for top-tier clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Execute and optimize high-performing Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns across Google Ads.
Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations and performance reports.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and display assets.
Design digital strategies by providing expert paid search recommendations for diverse client accounts.
Manage workflows efficiently, handling approximately 15-20 campaigns within a two-week cycle.

What You’ll Bring

Core Advertising Skills: 2-3 years of expert-level experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
Technical Analytics: Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics) and hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Programmatic Knowledge: Experience with programmatic media platforms and bidding software.
Reporting Excellence: A strong background in data interpretation and providing performance recommendations.
Stakeholder Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with the western sales team.
