Location: Remote- Greater Metro Manila only
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

They're now looking for a Paid Media Specialist/Campaign Manager  to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
Reporting to a New Zealand-based Digital Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of the digital marketing team. Your focus will be on driving performance and delivering high-quality insights for top-tier clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Execute and optimize high-performing Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and display assets.
  • Design digital strategies by providing expert paid search recommendations for diverse client accounts.
  • Manage workflows efficiently, handling approximately 15-20 campaigns within a two-week cycle.
 
What You’ll Bring
 
  • Core Advertising Skills: 2-3 years of expert-level experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
  • Technical Analytics: Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics) and hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Programmatic Knowledge: Experience with programmatic media platforms and bidding software.
  • Reporting Excellence: A strong background in data interpretation and providing performance recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with  the western sales team.
