Job Description - Paid Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms
Develop targeting strategies and ad creative concepts
Create and edit content assets (including basic video editing)
Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance
Prepare weekly and monthly client reports using Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Google Sheets
Participate in client calls and provide strategic recommendations
Stay commercially minded — think beyond the platform to understand what clients actually need

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in paid social media buying
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience with TikTok Ads (preferred)
Familiarity with Google Ads (Demand Gen) is a plus
Comfortable with client-facing communication — both written and calls
Proactive, commercially aware, and able to think strategically
Tools & Platforms
Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Demand Gen)
Slack (team communication)
Google Sheets, Canva, CapCut, Looker Studio (Data Studio)

Work Arrangement

Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm UK time, should complete nine 9 hours work, inclusive of one 1 hour lunch break
