Job Duties:

· Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted

· Repair cracks and holes

· Mix paint to desired colour and texture

· Clean cut lines, apply paint by brush or roller

· Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls

· Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging

· Ladder work, lifts and Heights

· Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Job Requirements:

· Able to work in various locations in Kelowna:

· Working with others, pay attention to details, must not afraid of heights

· Fall arrest training, first aid an asset

· Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory

· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required in residential and commercial painting.

· Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Institutional, Residential.

· Valid driver license, vehicle, and must find own accommodations

Disability Insurance, Dental Insurance, Extended Medical Insurance, Pension RRSP matching up to $500 per calendar year (after probation). Performance bonus available 400 per month.
