About the Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will focus on comprehensive research, report preparation, and collaboration directly with financial advisors. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for financial analysis, and the desire to contribute to our clients' financial well-being, this is the role for you. Ideal Candidate :

• Experienced as a Paraplanner supporting an Australian Financial Planning Firm
• Required software expertise: Xplan
• Experience in Cash flow modeling is an advantage but not essential
• Prior experience with Records of Advice (ROA) and Statements of Advice (SOA)
• Knowledge of other software or applications is a plus: MS Office, Google Suite etc.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensuring the advice provided aligns with ASFL compliance parameters while preparing meticulously for Records of Advice (ROA) and Statements of Advice (SOA) to meet regulatory standards.
• Support the firm enhance its procedures, analysis, and documentation; provide recommendations regarding ways to update templates and advice phrasing in particular.
• Validating the clients' data accuracy in the CRM.
