Who You’ll Be Working With:
 

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:

·         Ensure end-to-end performance, reliability, and accountability of third-party service providers and strategic partners. Enforce supplier governance, manage performance risks, strengthen partnership value, and align partner commitments with the organization’s service standards, business continuity objectives, and regulatory expectations.

·         Develop and maintain the Partner Reliability & Governance Framework aligned with ITIL’s Supplier Management lifecycle

·         Define and enforce Partner SLAs/OLAs, contract KPIs, and risk controls

·         Lead regular partner performance reviews, contract renewals, and performance negotiations

We’re looking for:

·         Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in IT Service Management IT Supplier Management, Service Delivery, or Partner Operations within fintech, telecom, or regulated industries

·         ITIL v4 (preferably in Supplier Management or Service Operations); COBIT, ISO 27001, or equivalent

·         Excellent communication, influence without authority, risk-based thinking, and structured problem-solving skills

·         Delivers data-driven partner performance insights through analysis, dashboards, and executive reporting.
