Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Partnerships Officer.
You are responsible for managing contracts, routing internal approvals, and coordinating with external parties for meetings and events. Additionally, you lead product innovation and customer-centric initiatives to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.

What the role will entail
Identify and review business models of prospect partners and responsible in all activities leading to the launching of the partnership including, but not limited to writing of proposals and implementing guidelines, client negotiations, budget and contract preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in the approval routing
Analyze customer and business data, industry trends and competitive offerings, regularly communicate with partners to foster strong working relationships, and implement strategies and action plans that would support the growth of the partnership
Collaborate with Product Managers, Credit and Risk Analytics in identifying specific client segments to grow the business digitally and work with Lead Product Designer in optimizing processes using own / partner platforms
Execute within agreed timelines all approved business strategies and acquisition programs
Prepare reports to track KPIs (volume, conversion rates, etc), monitor portfolio quality, and identify and execute corrective actions necessary
What we're looking for
Education: College Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
Professional Experience:
At least two (2) years of Sales, Marketing or Product Management experience on consumer banking products
At least two (2) years experience in partnerships, business development or relationship management within financial services (lending experience and knowledge of loan products preferred)
Negotiation and relationship management skills required
