Job Description - Parts Admin - JMC

PARTS ADMIN

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Parts Administrative Executive (Operations/Warehouse) supports all administration functions of the Parts Department i.e. paper work, data collection/input, etc. for both operations and warehouse.
Job Description:

Knowledgeable in Netsuite
Send SOA to Dealers and Suppliers
Request payments from local to international suppliers
Monitoring both air and sea shipments for ETA
Implement system-wide reports of parts
Set dealer pricing (DP) and suggested retail pricing (SRP) for parts
Manage inventory levels ( fast, slow, non- moving items )
Communicate with Manager, CEO, and suppliers for high value items.
Accounts Receivable
Sales Report
Process parts incentives
Compare prices from other suppliers
Request quotation

Job Requirements
Minimum a Diploma holder with 4 years of relevant working experience in automotive parts industry
Knowledge of car components, accessories and parts pricing
Proficient in inventory systems, record keeping and details recording
