Parts Procurement & Supply Engineer

Toyota is hiring for the role of Parts Procurement & Supply Engineer.

• Toyota Motor Philippines is looking forParts Procurement & Supply Engineerto join our Parts Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines. 
• This roleis a member of the Procurement & Supply Team that is responsible for overall service parts procurement & inventory management. 
• In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in parts ordering, KPI monitoring, and inventory management. 

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of service parts.
• Execution of supply chain activities from planning parts demand, inventory, supply, and distribution to processing of parts purchase orders, performing warehousing and storage, managing physical inventory, processing sales orders, and outbound parts, billing, monitoring, and controlling the supply chain.
• Preparation and processing of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within the lead-time.
• Coordination with different departments.
• Monitoring and presentation of data in parts system.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills required

• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Excellent Numerical & Analytical Skills.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
