We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team in the Philippines.

Role Overview

The Patient Care Associate is responsible for delivering excellent healthcare customer support across different channels. You will assist patients, members, or clients with inquiries about benefits, claims, appointments, and other healthcare-related concerns, ensuring accurate and professional service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze records and reports to accurately extract and code relevant information, ensuring high-quality and compliant documentation.
• Interpret documentation to support data labeling and annotation efforts.
• Assign appropriate codes to clinical or organizational data.
• Follow privacy and security regulations to protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding standards, terminology, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Doctorate, or a related field.
• Experience in handling medical data is a plus
• Experience in healthcare or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in clinical terminology and coding systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with consistent documentation practices.

Work Schedule & Setup

• Must be amenable to work onsite at 15th Floor, 1Nito Tower Building, Cebu City.
• Open to working flexible hours, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
